Refund policy

Unfortunately when things don’t go to plan refunds or credits may be granted (or applicable). The following are such scenarios:

• Incorrect products delivered 
• Damaged or missing products delivered 
• Poor quality or missing ingredients 
• Delivery errors out of the customers control 

Sugar Free Food shall do our best to respond to refund requests immediately, however please note that refunds or credits may not be processed for accidental orders or change of mind. We will of course act in good faith to help our customers around clear and obvious errors.
