Chicken Glaze

All you need to do with this one is switch out the high calorie sugar for the easily water soiuble Icing not Sugar. 

The recipe used in this delicious chicken nibble glaze was:

  • Soy sauce - liberal amount, adjusted depending on amount of chicken
  • Avocado oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Icing not Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Spices - we used one of our favourites, but anything is fine

Preheat the oven and then cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius and you should have an amazing result!!

No-one in our family would have guessed there was no sugar in the sweet tasting chicken!!
