Anzac Slice



180 grams Butter (softened especially in winter)
60 grams Sweetnz Premium Blend
8 drops of Sweetnz Caramel stevia
110 grams of Rolled Oats
50 grams Desiccated Coconut
1 Tbls Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbls Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tbls Chia Seeds
1 Tbls Sesame Seeds
½ tsp sea salt
50 grams Rolled Oats ) grind both of these together in a bullet or
30 grams Desiccated Coconut ) similar to make a flour
½ tsp Xanthan Gum


Line a 12 “ x 9” tray with waxed paper or use a similar size silicon tin/tray.
Heat oven to 180˚C
Cream butter, premium blend and caramel drops together until light and creamy.
Add all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add this mixture to the creamed butter and combine well.
Press into tin and bake for 12 - 15 mins.
Let cool completely before removing from tin and cut into slices.
